The art of breaking fast.
It should be simple. The less cluttered and confusing, the better the day is, the more focused the mind is, the more smiles happen throughout the day. This morning, I had orange slices, and bread with cheese. Oh, and coffee. The coffee must not be forgotten.
The bread is left-over dough from work, baked with oil, herbs, and sea salt. The cheese is Roquefort, perhaps an odd choice for breakfast cheese, but it begged to be eaten. The orange was a navel orange, and the coffee came from Cup A Joe. It is Sulawesi, French-pressed, and iced, with milk from Maple View Farm in Hillsborough, NC.
